Lit­tle Forks Branch of The United Em­pire Loy­al­ists’ As­so­ci­a­tion of Canada and Pat­ri­moine-As­cot­tHer­itage is spon­sor­ing a multi-me­dia pre­sen­ta­tion “The Stacey Let­ters: The Eastern Town­ships circa 1850, viewed through the eyes of a British Im­mi­grant” Sun­day, July 22nd, 2012 at 2 p.m. un­der the Tent on the grounds of the Lit­tle Hy­att One-Room School­house lo­cated off of Rte.147 (Sher­brooke to Coat­i­cook) at 2185 McVety Rd. Milby, now Water­ville. Pre­sented by His­to­rian James Man­son, with video ex­cerpts from the mu­si­cal “Louisa” fea­tur­ing the Stacey fam­ily, by Don­ald Pa­triquin and Su­nil Mah­tani.

Live ex­cerpts by Mary White and Cora Loomis. San­dra Hewlett, a Stacey descen­dant and Cer­ti­fied Ge­neal­o­gist from Pen­nys­lva­nia, will of­fer a Pow­erPoint pre­sen­ta­tion high­light­ing the ear­lier fam­ily in Eng­land.
