New CBC show needs help from kids

Stanstead Journal - - NEWS -

A new television show, called Cross-country Fun Hunt, will be going from town to town, right across Canada, looking for the funnest and most interesting places, according to kids. The show has a very interactive quality and so it will be up to the kids to decide which places they want the television show to visit and showcase. Kids all over the country are being asked to go to the CBC fun hunt website and upload their photos, videos and/or texts describing a local destination or activity that they love. Eventually the host of the show will go on a road trip across Canada visiting the kids and the destinations chosen and put up on the ‘Fun Hunt Map’.

So far, the producers of the show have not received any submissions from the Eastern Townships area so the chances of your favourite place or activity being selected is promising. Kids sixteen and younger who would like to take part should submit their ideas quickly since the show’s crew is heading to our area very soon!
