More Ro­ma­ni­ans cross il­le­gally

Al­leged­lyfrom Ro­ma­nia, some 44 for­eign­ers have been in­ter­cepted by the Regie de

Mem­phrem­a­gog af­ter cross­ing il­le­gally at the Stanstead bor­der points and then rac­ing to­ward Montreal.

In­clud­ing those caught di­rectly by the RCMP, this would bring the to­tal of il­le­gal im­mi­grants to around sixty, ac­cord­ing to some sources.

While their na­tion­al­ity may be Ro­ma­nian, other sources are telling us that

Sen.Bernie San­ders (I-Vt.) has been cho­sen to re­ceive a Con­gres­sional Lead­er­ship Award from the Dis­abled Amer­i­can Vet­er­ans.

“Your per­sonal ef­forts led to im­por­tant in­creases in fund­ing for Post-Trau­matic Stress Dis­or­der treat­ment, Gulf War Ill­ness re­search and adap­tive hous­ing grants for se­ri­ously dis­abled vet­er­ans,” said Larry Polzin, the DAV na­tional com­man­der. “When vet­er­ans have needed your sup­port, you have al­ways stood up for them.”
