New headquarters for Borealis
Borealis, in Magog, will spend $2.5 million to renovate the former SAQ outlet into their headquarters. The new headquarters, at 15,000 square feet, will allow the successful company to regroup its activities and continue its growth in the region. “It is an important chapter in the development of the enterprise,” commented Jules Paquette, the president of Borealis. “Our new headquarters will allow us to continue our international operations while continuing to create jobs here, in Magog.”
Borealis has 160 employees around the world, with the majority working in Magog. A few months ago, the company reached its ambitious objective of having 100 employees in Magog. The headquarters in Magog will continue to assure the coordination of their offices in Calgary, Brisbane, Australia, and Accra, Ghana.
