This win­ter, the Sher­brooke Na­ture and Sci­ence Mu­seum is host­ing a se­ries of events with young sci­ence lovers in mind. La Magie de la chimie, on Jan­uary 19th, will fea­ture ex­plo­sions, fireballs, fas­ci­nat­ing foam and gi­ant bub­bles. La chimie on en mange, on Fe­bru­ary 2nd, will have the vis­i­tors tast­ing ‘smok­ing punch’, liq­uid ni­tro­gen ice cream, fish eggs and home­made spaghetti. On Fe­bru­ary 16th, chil­dren will learn how tech­nol­ogy is in­spired by the nat­u­ral world with the con­fer­ence Petites Bêtes Ex­o­tiques. The con­fer­ences all be­gin at 1:30 pm and there is a small charge for non-mem­bers. For more in­for­ma­tion visit the mu­seum’s web­site.
