Win­ter ac­tiv­i­ties in Sher­brooke area

Skat­ing,cross-coun­try ski­ing, hockey, snow­shoe­ing, slid­ing, full moon for­est walks, from the to the there’s no rea­son to be bored this win­ter in Sher­brooke. The City has pub­lished a pam­phlet, to let peo­ple know about all the ac­tiv­i­ties and it’s avail­able in Bor­ough of­fices and on the web­site sher­brooke.ca/plaisir­shiver.

Just some of the things peo­ple can do in­clude fam­ily slid­ing in Vic­to­ria Park, ev­ery Sun­day af­ter­noon un­til March 3rd. On Satur­day, Fe­bru­ary 9th, Len­noxville will hold its Win­ter Fun Day at the Len­noxville Golf Club and, on Fe­bru­ary 17th, Parc Do­maine Howard will host its

The takes place from March 1st to the 3rd at Jacques Cartier Park and all along the prom­e­nade. This event features skat­ing, ball hockey, foot races, climb­ing, slid­ing, a spa and more! And, weather per­mit­ting, peo­ple will be able to slide down King Street and watch fire­works in the evening.

There are also 8.5 kilo­me­tres of trails in the Johnville Bog to dis­cover dur­ing the win­ter, 37 ex­te­rior skat­ing rinks, six alpine ski and snow­board­ing trails at Mont Belle­vue, and many more out­door ac­tiv­i­ties in the re­gion.
