Presenting: The Impact of Money Mindset on Budgeting

Stanstead Journal - - LENNOXVILLE NEWS - Sherbrooke

Businessowners can start the New Year with new insight on their finances. “Money Coach” Franck Gingras is coming to Knowlton to explain how attitudes toward money influence our ability to budget, Thursday February 21 from 6:30pm - 8:30pm.

Coach Gingras shares: “Those who are self-employed tend to run their personal and professional finances the same way. So, personal perceptions about wealth have a major impact on money management in business as well”. Using accessible language, humour and interactive activities, the facilitator will also review the benefits of budgeting and the necessary elements for an effective budget.

show hosted by Mr. Gingras at CIDI in Knowlton, explores the same theme. Working in partnership with CIDI-FM 99.1 and holding the event on their premises, we hope to give current listeners, and future listeners, a chance to see him live.

When an entrepreneur’s idea is his/ her strength, budgeting skills need to be honed. Thus, participants will be able to take appropriate steps for improvement which, depending on the skills and preference of the entrepreneur, may or may not require professional guidance. Martha Crombie, Director at CEDEC, suggests “If we help entrepreneurs understand their individual obstacles to financial success then they can improve future financial planning and decision making”.
