Op­er­a­tion Enfant Soleil gives $973,639

Last week, dur­ing their an­nual pro­vin­cial tour, the an­i­ma­tors of Op­er­a­tion Enfant Soleil, Louis-Ge­orges Gi­rard and An­nie Bro­coli, gave out $934,051 to the CHUS as well as $39,588 to five other or­ga­ni­za­tions in the re­gion. The money for the CHUS will go to­wards the re­al­iza­tion of the Cen­tre femme-je­unesse-famille.

In our re­gion, the or­ga­ni­za­tions that re­ceived money were Camp Mas­saw­ippi which re­ceived $17,272 for water­ski­ing equip­ment for chil­dren with phys­i­cal im­pair­ments, and Ecole Sacre-Coeur, in coat­i­cook, which re­ceived $4,131 to build an in­door climb­ing wall.
