Honky Tonk Blue in Knowlton !!
KnowltonPlayers offers a special gift to show their appreciation for all the support they receive from our community. They, through the help of an anonymous donor, are inviting Honky Tonk Blue for a special one night only presentation at the beautiful Lakeview Inn.
The show stars Laura Teasdale and Ralph Steiner. This remount of the sold-out show has been touring the far reaches of Quebec from the Magdaline Islands to Wakefield and costs can be prohibitive when you’re travelling so far. Thanks to Knowlton Players, you can see it at this special price. The back-up band features some of Quebec’s finest and most in demand musicians. The show is on April 27th at 8 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.) at the Lakeview Inn. Tickets available at Brome Lake Books or call 450-242-2510.
Eaton Corner Museum contributed a Symmes Haystack Cap to the 100 Objects project (100objects.qahn.org) of the Quebec Anglophone Heritage Network. It was manufactured in Sawyerville in 1889.
