Town­ship­pers’ As­so­ci­a­tion gets money for Care­givers pro­ject

The Town­ship­pers’ As­so­ci­a­tion has re­ceived a grant of $44,417.12 from Ap­pui pour les proches aidants de l’Estrie for its pro­ject “Mieux soutenir les proches aidants de la com­mu­nauté d’ex­pres­sion anglaise”. This pro­ject is aimed at the nat­u­ral care­givers of English speak­ing se­niors in the Mem­phrem­a­gog MRC and will in­clude the spread­ing of per­ti­nent in­for­ma­tion, the rais­ing of aware­ness and the pre­sen­ta­tion of train­ing work­shops on nat­u­ral care­giv­ing.
