The Richmond County Historical Society and the Richmond Melbourne United Church are sponsoring a musical evening at the Richmond Melbourne United Church, 247 Principale S., Richmond on Friday, June 7th starting at 7:30 PM.
The head liner for this evening is Matthew McCully, noted singer and songwriter from Lennoxville with musician Jesse Ens on mandolin and banjo. Matthew’s sound hovers between traditional and folk genre.
The evening will be opened by the Richmond Regional High School Music Club singing a couple of numbers followed by a set performed by Keith Whittall and Gail Klinck, ably assisted by Victoria Moulton and Danielle Pilon. Klinck and Whittall will include their latest compositions, selection from their previous CD releases, and a few of their favourite covers. During intermission coffee and snacks will be available.
Mark June 7th on your calendar for a wonderful evening of music and community cheer. The admission is $10 and the doors will open at 7 p.m.
