The Rich­mond County His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety and the Rich­mond Melbourne United Church are spon­sor­ing a mu­si­cal evening at the Rich­mond Melbourne United Church, 247 Prin­ci­pale S., Rich­mond on Fri­day, June 7th start­ing at 7:30 PM.

The head liner for this evening is Matthew McCully, noted singer and song­writer from Len­noxville with mu­si­cian Jesse Ens on man­dolin and banjo. Matthew’s sound hov­ers be­tween tra­di­tional and folk genre.

The evening will be opened by the Rich­mond Re­gional High School Mu­sic Club singing a cou­ple of num­bers fol­lowed by a set per­formed by Keith Whit­tall and Gail Klinck, ably as­sisted by Vic­to­ria Moul­ton and Danielle Pilon. Klinck and Whit­tall will in­clude their lat­est com­po­si­tions, se­lec­tion from their pre­vi­ous CD re­leases, and a few of their favourite cov­ers. Dur­ing in­ter­mis­sion cof­fee and snacks will be avail­able.

Mark June 7th on your cal­en­dar for a won­der­ful evening of mu­sic and com­mu­nity cheer. The ad­mis­sion is $10 and the doors will open at 7 p.m.
