Royal Baby Shower benefits CAB
Last Friday, a baby shower was held for the baby of Kate and William in Ayer’s Cliff, as media crews began staking out the London hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge is scheduled to give birth, sometime later this month.
About twenty fun-loving women donned huge hats and party dresses, armed with gift-wrapped baby essentials, some of them even hand-knit, to attend a baby shower that was held at the Auberge Ayer’s Cliff. The event was organized by Stanstead’s Barbara Bruhmuller and Sandra Harrison and all of the baby items were eventually donated to the CAB RH Rediker.
“The ladies were really great and generous. We had shower games and little prizes and the restaurant even put English Fish & Chips on the menu for us. Since we don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl, we decorated the restaurant in pink and blue!” said Ms. Bruhmuller.
A happy group attended the baby shower for Kate and Will, last Friday, in Ayer’s Cliff. All of the baby items were donated to the CAB.
