Aded­i­cated trav­eller, Pierre-Léon Tétreault tire­lessly col­lects im­ages, signs and sym­bols per­tain­ing to other cul­tures. He photographs, en­graves and paints them, and makes of them works re­sem­bling sym­bolic writ­ing which can be un­der­stood by ev­ery­one. Life, travel, and the no­madic life are re­cur­rent themes for Tétreault. He of­fers us here an ex­hi­bi­tion of en­grav­ings and paint­ings paired with artis­tic photographs taken in the course of his many voy­ages.
