Jim will be missed

Stanstead Journal - - FORUM -

Jim Belknap was a mentor for many of the musicians that performed locally and and in different parts of Canada and the US. Jim taught many and also was always eager to lend a hand, letting us use not only his guitars but his speakers as well. There are many that Jim mentored and also worked with playing in bands, when we required a great guitarist to help us play Rock, and country. Jim was a great person and a guy that many in the music business will not forget. I pass this on for Roger Goodsell, Robert Dennis, and many others that Jim mentored. Roger carried that tradition on and he too has taught many musicians, including his brothers and sons. I personally do not consider myself a musician, just a lover of music and the Friends you have for life because you shared the stage With Big Jim.
