This Satur­day, Au­gust 23, Don’t Miss The 5th Len­noxville Street Fes­ti­val

A festive at­mos­phere will take over Queen Street between Academy and Col­lege this Satur­day, Au­gust 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. to cel­e­brate the 5th Len­noxville Street Fes­ti­val.

The event of­fers an ex­cit­ing pro­gram be­gin­ning with per­for­mances on three out­door stages show­cas­ing a wide va­ri­ety of mu­si­cal styles, from coun­try to retro and blues, jazz and in­ter­na­tional mu­sic. Mistysa, Jesse Ens, The Coun­try Swingers, The Tony Scott Band, and five other groups will take the stage!

In ad­di­tion to en­joy­ing the danc­ing and singing, the crowd may also visit more than a hun-- dred kiosks fea­tur­ing ar­ti­sans, mer­chants, and or­ga­ni­za­tions from the Bor­ough of Len­noxville and dis­cover all kinds of trea­sures at the gi­gan­tic garage sale.

At the huge in­flat­able games and street ac­tiv­i­ties and per­for­mances, chil­dren will also be sure to have fun! Re­fresh­ments and food pre­pared by area mer­chants will also be served on site.

Please note that Queen Street will be closed to traf­fic between Col­lege and Academy from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mo­torists are en­cour­aged to take the de­tour via Col­lege, Lorne, War­ren, and Queen streets.
