“Open house Day” at the Beaulne Museum
As part of “Cultural Days”, the local and regional community is invited to the «Open house Day» organized by the Beaulne Museum next Sunday, September 28th from 1pm to 4pm.
During this occasion, the public is invited to visit all the exhibits and ask questions pertaining to the Museum. This event will include the collaboration of the « Cercles de Fermières de Coaticook », representing the « Fédération des Cercles de Fermières du Québec ». Members of this group will demonstrate basic techniques such as: lace, embroidery, crochet, knitting, etc. Furthermore, information concerning currents events with the “Cercles de Fermières” will be available to you.
Let us mention that “Cultural Days” were introduced in 1997 in order to enhance and reinforce the efforts to democratize culture in Québec.
