“Open house Day” at the Beaulne Mu­seum

As part of “Cul­tural Days”, the lo­cal and re­gional com­mu­nity is in­vited to the «Open house Day» or­ga­nized by the Beaulne Mu­seum next Sun­day, Septem­ber 28th from 1pm to 4pm.

Dur­ing this oc­ca­sion, the pub­lic is in­vited to visit all the ex­hibits and ask ques­tions per­tain­ing to the Mu­seum. This event will in­clude the col­lab­o­ra­tion of the « Cer­cles de Fer­mières de Coat­i­cook », rep­re­sent­ing the « Fédéra­tion des Cer­cles de Fer­mières du Québec ». Mem­bers of this group will demon­strate ba­sic tech­niques such as: lace, em­broi­dery, cro­chet, knit­ting, etc. Fur­ther­more, in­for­ma­tion con­cern­ing cur­rents events with the “Cer­cles de Fer­mières” will be avail­able to you.

Let us men­tion that “Cul­tural Days” were in­tro­duced in 1997 in or­der to en­hance and re­in­force the ef­forts to de­moc­ra­tize cul­ture in Québec. They are the re­sult of a fruit­ful as­so­ci­a­tion of the cul­tural mi­lieu with pub­lic and pri­vate part­ners such as the “Min­istère de la Cul­ture et des Com­mu­ni­ca­tions du Québec”, the “Min­istère
