Visions of Magog grace gondolas

Stanstead Journal - - NEWS -

Thanks to the City of Magog’s $40,000 investment in Mont Orford, two of the ski resort’s gondolas will advertise the City of Magog: one with the town’s logo, the other with the signature of the downtown revitalization project. “The two gondolas are worth a look. They are a nice ‘showcase’ for Magog and we hope they will help attract visitors and skiers on the mountain to Magog,” said Magog mayor Vicki May Hamm. “The gondolas remind visitors that the Magog downtown is only 15 minutes away from Mt. Orford and a nice atmosphere awaits,” said Councillor Diane Pelletier.
