Beaulne Museum Presents
TheBeaulne Museum of Coaticook is pleased to present the exhibition “Le voyage intérieur” by the artist Richard Fulham from the 9th of November to the 25th of January 2015. The grand opening will be held on Sunday the 9th of November at 2pm.The public and the press are cordially invited.
This exhibit invites the visitor to travel within the artist’s creations into an imaginary universe. It seeks to stimulate questioning by the opposition of images or image transfers within textures, as well as by the abstraction of the painting. Instinctive creator, his paintings are unique and made from his personal technique which he calls: painting-collage-freestyle. The result is a fusion of abstract and realism. “It’s a technique which I have developed over the years, using a system based on freedom of movement. No sketches or preparatory drawing is performed. The goal is to focus on an artistic experience based on freedom, chance and the automation of the gesture”.
The exhibit presents a selection of the artist’s creations between 2012 and 2014.
