Tea is Served!
ThisSaturday afternoon, the Colby-Curtis Museum is holding its last Tea Service of the year, a Christmas Tea, and reservations are required. From 1:00 to 3:00 pm, in four half hour seatings, other desserts, in the Museum’s beautiful solarium, all decorated for Christmas.
- nered up with Vanasse Farm Products for this, will be selling fresh Christmas trees and fir wreaths in front of the barn as a little fundraiser.
People visiting the Colby-Curtis Museum for the sale or Christmas Tea are also welcome to visit the World War I exhibit, Memory of Sacrifice, which ends in December. This exhibit focusses on how local people participated in the Great War.
The winter opening hours of the Colby-Curtis Museum, which begin in January, will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. For more information or to make reservations for the Christmas Tea, call 819 876-7322.
