Sup­port teams walk­ing for kid­ney health

March 12 is World Kid­ney Day. The Foun­da­tion in­vites ev­ery­one to have a glass of wa­ter as a sym­bolic ges­ture to stress the es­sen­tial role of kid­neys. One out of 14 peo­ple in Québec suf­fers from kid­ney dis­ease. With public sup­port through its fund rais­ing ac­tiv­i­ties, the Foun­da­tion funds re­search and of­fers train­ing and sup­port to pa­tients.
