Sunnyside Elementary will be holding its second annual Sunnyside Circus performance on Thursday, April 23rd at 6:30 pm, in the school’s gymnasium. This is also the second year that the school’s students have been learning and perfecting their circus acts in gym class with the help of physical education teacher Chantal Menard. They also learn their circus techniques with Marc Lafreniere, of Spectranie, who comes to the school on Fridays to practise with the children.

Some of the acts the audience can look forward to include trampoline, tumbling, juggling, diablos and more. The cost for the show is $5.00 and free for children under 4. All proceeds from the circus go towards the Sunnyside Circus Program.
