Large ob­ject and wood pick-up in Sher­brooke

Sher­brooke will hold its pick-up of large ob­jects and tree branches in the next few weeks. They must be sep­a­rated in two piles, left at the side of the road be­fore 8:00 am of the day of the usual garbage pick-up, the piles can­not be larger than a square

me­ter, and tree branches must be tied up in bun­dles not more than twelve inches wide.

Old tires, danger­ous house­hold wastes and elec­tronic equip­ment (com­put­ers, tele­vi­sions) are not ac­cepted dur­ing this spe­cial pick-up. Those ob­jects must be brought to eco-cen­tres.

This week, the pick-up will be done in Bromp­ton, Rock For­est, St. Elie and Deauville; the week be­gin­ning May 11th it will be done in Lennoxville and Fleu­ri­mont; and the week of May18th it will be done in Mont-Belle­vue, Jac­ques-Cartier and down­town Sher­brooke.
