MNA Pierre Reid is happy about the government’s new program, Rehabilitation du reseau routier local (RRRL), and wants municipalities to apply. “I invite admissible municipalities to apply for financial aid today and to finish projects that will have positive impacts on the citizens of our county,” said Mr. Reid.

program has an envelope of $50 million and two parts. Redressement des infrastructures routieres locales (RIRL) aims to support municipalities to draw up plans and carry out improvement work on local roads that are included in an intervention plan; and Acceleration des investissements sur le reseau routier local (AIRRL) aims to support improvement projects to local roads that are not part of an intervention plan.
