Dis­cover the is­lands of Lake Mem­phrem­a­gog

For the past sev­eral months, Louise Ab­bott, the au­thor of Mem­phré­m­a­gog: An Il­lus­trated History, has ex­plored the is­lands of Lake Mem­phrem­a­gog. She will share her find­ings in an au­dio-vis­ual pre­sen­ta­tion ti­tled The Is­lands of Lake Mem­phrem­a­gog: A Nat­u­ral and Hu­man History at 4 p.m. on Satur­day, Novem­ber 28, at Mur­ray Me­mo­rial Hall, 4680 chemin Ge­orgeville, in Ge­orgeville. The pre­sen­ta­tion will fea­ture video­taped in­ter­views and other footage shot on the is­lands as well as his­tor­i­cal pho­to­graphs, en­grav­ings, and paint­ings re­lated to the topic. This event is be­ing co-spon­sored by Ge­orgeville Na­ture Ski and Stu­dio Ge­orgeville. Small fees for Ad­mis­sion .Re­fresh­ments will be served.
