Guest Ser­vices Co­or­di­na­tor hired for Ver­mont His­tory Mu­seum

The Ver­mont His­tor­i­cal So­ci­ety has hired Ram­sey Blair as Guest Ser­vices Co­or­di­na­tor. She is an ex­pe­ri­enced cus­tomer ser­vice rep­re­sen­ta­tive with ex­ten­sive ad­min­is­tra­tive strengths. Mer­chan­dis­ing and retail sales back­ground com­bine with Ram­sey’s Bach­e­lor of Sci­ence De­gree in His­tory to ful­fill cus­tomer needs for vis­i­tors at the Ver­mont His­tory Mu­seum in Montpelier, Ver­mont His­tory Cen­ter in Barre, and the VHS on­line store.

“Ram­sey has the com­bined skills of cus­tomer ser­vice and his­toric preser­va­tion. She un­der­stands the needs of both the cu­ri­ous browser and the se­ri­ous his­to­rian,” says VHS Ex­ec­u­tive Di­rec­tor Steve Perkins. “We are pleased to have such a qual­i­fied staff mem­ber who can make your visit to the Ver­mont His­tory Mu­seum truly en­joy­able.”
