The fol­low­ing is a con­tin­u­a­tion of the pre­sen­ta­tion of Len­noxville’s Out­stand­ing Achieve­ment Awards which were given out on Fe­bru­ary 18th. Pre­vi­ously fea­tured in the edi­tion of Fe­bru­ary 24th were Don­ald Pa­trick Award win­ner Karl Hunt­ing and the win­ner in the Education cat­e­gory, QAHN. & Cul­ture

Art Group Twenty-five years ago a group of as­pir­ing painters led by Lu­cille Derrick de­cided to form an art club. They ap­proached then mayor, Dun­can Bruce, to see if an un­used room on the third floor of the town hall could be made avail­able as a weekly work­shop. It was, and so the Len­noxville Art Group came into ex­is­tence.

Orig­i­nally com­posed of 8 or 10 mem­bers, the group has var­ied in size over the years but has main­tained
