New Gen­eral Di­rec­tor

The town of Coat­i­cook has named Fran­cois Frechette as its new Gen­eral Di­rec­tor. Presently

work­ing as the Gen­eral Di­rec­tor of Water­ville, Mr. Frechette will re­place Vin­cent Tan­guay.

Mr. Frechette has worked in mu­nic­i­pal man­age­ment as well as in lo­cal and re­gional de­vel­op­ment, and pos­sesses solid ex­pe­ri­ence in ful­fill­ing ob­jec­tives, man­age­ment, and putting in place ac­tion plans. Known to be dy­namic and a com­mu­ni­ca­tor, he is good at see­ing the is­sues linked to prob­lems or sit­u­a­tions and in com­mu­ni­cat­ing so­lu­tions. He has also held the po­si­tions of Di­rec­tor of the Car­refour Je­unesse-Em­ploi from 1997 to 2007 and De­vel­op­ment Coun­sel­lor with the Con­fer­ence re­gionale des elus de l’Estrie. He has worked for the town of Water­ville since 2011.
