Pro­duc­ing non in­dus­trial cheese is still a hand­made process as this pic­ture taken at Fro­magerie La Sta­tion, in Comp­ton, shows. The now fa­mous cheese­maker is in the process of adding nec­es­sary of­fice space to the build­ings to ac­com­mo­date all the ac­tiv­i­ties of the farm. Co-owner Ca­role Routhier told us that more news is to come but that the pro­duc­tion will re­main at the same level for the time be­ing.
