Coaticook business on Cuban Trade Mission
Abusiness from the Estrie region, JM Champeau, is part of the Quebec delegation on a trade mission in Havana until September 16th. Also taking part in the mission is Premier Philippe Couillard, Minister of International relations and La Francophonie, Christine St-Pierre, and the parliamentary assistant to the Minister of the Economy, Science and Innovation, Saul Polo. Stanstead resident Harvey Stevens is also attending as a representative of JM Champeau.
“The JM Champeau enterprise has the will and the talent to create partnerships in the domain of consumer goods which will contribute to the economic development of the Estrie. They will also profit from this unique opportunity to target new business possibilities and establish collaborations with Cuban enterprises,” commented the Minister of the Estrie region, Luc Fortin.

The Quebec delegation is composed of 43 businesses specializing notably in the construction, tourism, life sciences, communication and information technology and food sectors.
