« Open House » Through­out “Cul­tural Days”

Through­out “Cul­tural Days” the lo­cal and re­gional com­mu­nity are in­vited to the « Open House » or­gan­ised by the Beaulne Mu­seum on the 2nd of Oc­to­ber from 1 to 4:30pm.

This day of cel­e­bra­tion of cul­ture will al­low the pub­lic to visit all the ex­hi­bi­tions in progress and maybe talk to their fam­i­lies and friends and en­cour­age them to do the same. The event will be punc­tu­ated by the per­for­mance of two groups: first, the Cir­cle of Po­ets of Mon­térégie (CPM) whose mem­bers will have a pro­jec­tion of im­ages and re­cite po­ems. On the other hand, the group of artists from Coatic 'Art ac­com­pa­nied by the Con­necti­cut River Artists Group (CRAG) will be out­side with ac­tiv­i­ties where they will give demon­stra­tions and an­swer ques­tions from vis­i­tors.

Cul­tural Days were es­tab­lished in 1997 to pro­mote and strengthen the cul­ture of de­moc­ra­ti­za­tion ef­forts in Que­bec. They are the re­sult of a com­bi­na­tion with the cul­tural en­vi­ron­ment, pub­lic and pri­vate, and with the Min­istry of Cul­ture and Com­mu­ni­ca­tions of Que­bec, the Min­istry of Mu­nic­i­pal Af­fairs and Re­gions, TD Canada Trust, Hy­dro-Québec and many me­dia com­pa­nies col­lab­o­rat­ing to de­ploy the cam­paign across Que­bec.
