Local orchard owner back from trade mission
Stevens Orchard owner Harvey Stevens, who also works for JM Champeau, took part in last week’s trade mission to Cuba along with Premier Philippe Couillard, Minister of International Relations, Christine St-Pierre, and representatives from forty other Quebec companies. “The trip went well. I met with officials, and had the chance to speak with Premier Couillard, but I can’t go into any marketing details about the trip. I know that you have to be patient with these kinds of trade missions,” said Mr. Stevens. “The weather was nice and my wife, Marika Parenteau, also went for a few days of vacation. We returned home Friday night,” he added.
