Free screen­ing of Hamil­ton’s Amer­ica at Haskell

Join us Tues­day Oc­to­ber 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Haskell Free Li­brary for a sneak peek screen­ing and dis­cus­sion of the up­com­ing PBS doc­u­men­tary “Hamil­ton’s Amer­ica”. The doc­u­men­tary, which will air this fall on “Great Per­for­mances,” gives a be­hind-the-scenes look and show­cases the mak­ing of the Broad­way hit mu­si­cal “Hamil­ton,” fol­low­ing cre­ator and star LinManuel Mi­randa and his team. The project will fea­ture in­ter­views with key thinkers and artists, plus scenes from “Hamil­ton,” in­clud­ing never-be­fore-seen footage. Pre­sented in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Ver­mont Pub­lic Tele­vi­sion, the event is free, wheel­chair ac­ces­si­ble and open to the pub­lic.
