development offers a unique mix of one- and two-bedroom units (plus den) as well as four live/work homes and seven penthouse suites.
“The larger units have proven to be the most popular, so far. We have even reworked unit sizes to accommodate some of our residents’ needs for more condo space,” adds Kernick.
The condo development’s list of amenities includes: a large outdoor terrace with a BBQ and fire table facing the Bow River, a social lounge for entertaining and connecting, a stocked library, and a bike storage and repair workshop.
“It was important to us to develop homes where residents could feel a part of a community without losing the tranquility of home privacy or their own personal home lifestyle,” says Kernick.
Each condo was planned by interior designers Jerilyn Wright & Associates for a contemporary, comfortable feel.
Features of the residences include: custom-created cabinetry, stylish gourmet kitchens, spa-like bathrooms, high-gloss porcelain finishes, wood-grain accents, chrome hardware, softclose drawers, integrated refrigerators, and a variety of customizable storage options.
The condo development will also have retail space of up to five units on the ground floor. The units are currently for lease and range in size from 1,044 square feet to 5,230 square feet.
