For many Edmontonians, nothing beats a warm summer evening sitting on the hill overlooking the city’s downtown and listening to folk music. It’s the much-anticipated folk fest, where folk, bluegrass, blues and indie music collide. Single day tickets may still be available. A new city festival celebrates our beautiful river valley park system, and all the ways to enjoy it. Try a raft float on the North Saskatchewan River, or take in the outdoor activities, exhibitors and entertainment. You can even book a four-person excursion along the river for a unique view of one of the city’s mostloved attractions.
