U.S. President Donald Trump returns after a high-profile summit with Kim Jong Un. The Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, the chemical weapons watchdog, says the nerve agent sarin and toxic chemical chlorine were “very likely” used as weapons in attacks in Syria in March 2017.
