Spirit Bear Capital appoints Kropivnitski director
SPIRIT BEAR Capital Corp. director James Anderson has resigned from the board due to other commitments. The company would like to thank Mr. Anderson for his contribution and involvement and wish him well in his future endeavours.
The company also wishes to announce the appointment of Zula Kropivnitski to the company’s board of directors, subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
Ms. Kropivnitski has over 10 years of international experience in the resource sector, having served as chief financial officer and director of several public companies. She has been involved in all areas of financial reporting, corporate finance and related compliance.Kropivnitski aspects received of regulatory Ms.her certified general accountant professional accounting designation from the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia and later obtained her ACCA designation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She has a master of mathematics and master of economics degrees in Russia.
The company’s board is now composed of Michael Waldkirch, Nizar Bharmal, John Lagourgue and Zula Kropivnitski.
