Now THIS is what you call going on a 10K run.

SundayXtra - - SPORTS SPECIAL -

Lenworth (Kip) Williamson of Saugus, Mass., has run a minimum of three miles every day since Jan. 1, 1989 — or 10,000 days in a row, as of May 18. He once kept his streak alive by taking a 2 a.m. run before he and his wife caught a predawn train.

As Williamson, 57, told the Lynn Daily Item: “There were nine cars moving, three coyotes and one guy riding a bicycle who I thought was crazier than me.”
