Parker and his fam­ily own 2 B&B's in town, both housed in lov­ingly re­stored her­itage houses over­look­ing the har­bour and off in the dis­tance, the Fortress. Break­fasts are all won­der­ful and beau­ti­fully pre­sented. Day 1: a large popover with fresh straw­ber­ries and peaches. Day 2: crepe-wrapped omelette, with home fries, salsa and cheese.
