Now its founder, Danielle Chang, ex­tends the cel­e­bra­tion into the kitchens of home chefs with her first cook­book. Com­pil­ing over 100 of her own recipes, Chang's col­lec­tion of en­dur­ing dishes hops around Asia, from clas­sics such as Kim­chi and Beef Noo­dle Soup, to new cre­ations like Jewish Pas­trami Egg Rolls and Asian Gaz­pa­cho.
