Chef An­thony La­mas is a “Cal­i­for­nia kid” with Latin roots who takes in­spi­ra­tion from his her­itage, his Ken­tucky home, and his wife, Sa­man­tha’s Jewish back­ground. In his first cook­book La­mas shares his unique recipes that add new flavours and tex­tures to oth­er­wise fa­mil­iar dishes. The book in­cludes fam­ily favourites across gen­er­a­tions, most-re­quested recipes from his restau­rant’s menu, as well as Latin sta­ples.
