SERVES 4 Braised Beef Short Rib Soy Sauce Hickory
Boneless Beef Short Ribs 2 lbs, cubed
Liquid Smoke oz
Soy Sauce Sugar 1 oz Orange
1 Tbs zest of 1 Water to cover PLACE the beef cubes in a wok or sauté pan and add enough water to cover the beef.
ADD the rest of the ingredients and boil for 1 hours or longer, until the beef softens.
REDUCE to a simmering heat and add the liquid smoke.
