Bone­less Beef Short Ribs 2 lbs, cubed

Liq­uid Smoke oz

Soy Sauce Sugar 1 oz Orange

1 Tbs zest of 1 Wa­ter to cover PLACE the beef cubes in a wok or sauté pan and add enough wa­ter to cover the beef.

ADD the rest of the in­gre­di­ents and boil for 1 hours or longer, un­til the beef soft­ens.

RE­DUCE to a sim­mer­ing heat and add the liq­uid smoke.
