Wa­ter 2 cups Sugar 2 cups Te­abags 31 Cinnamon Stick 1

Gin­ger 2” piece, peeled, chopped

Car­damom Pods 1 Tbs, crushed, shelled

3 COM­BINE in­gre­di­ents in a pot and boil to­gether for half an hour. Re­move from heat and let cool.

4 AL­LOW syrup to steep with tea/ spices from one hour (min­i­mum) to 3 days (max­i­mum), ac­cord­ing to taste. Strain be­fore us­ing. Store in re­frig­er­a­tor. 1 Or 3 Tbs loose tea (Ir­ish Break­fast works well).
