Big Batch Bloody Mary

A PER­FECT MAKE-AHEAD pitcher for sum­mer en­ter­tain­ing, with or with­out the vodka!

Tomato Juice 1 x 1.36 litre can

Worces­ter­shire Sauce ¼ cup

Tabasco Sauce 3 dashes

Fresh Lemon Juice ¼ cup

Kosher Salt ½ tsp Cel­ery Salt ½ tsp

Freshly Ground Black Pep­per ¼ tsp

Pre­pared Horse­rad­ish 1 Tbs

Vodka ¼ cup per per­son

1 COM­BINE all the in­gre­di­ents ex­cept the vodka in a pitcher and stir well. Cover with plas­tic wrap and re­frig­er­ate for a few hours and up to a week to al­low the flavours to de­velop.

2 STIR in the vodka when you are ready to serve. Of­fer a Vir­gin Mary to those who don’t drink al­co­hol.
