Sun­dried Toma­toes cup, chopped Turmeric Pow­der 1 tsp Cumin Pow­der 1 tsp Hot Sweet Pa­prika Bay Leaf

Freshly Ground Black Pep­per to taste

Salt or 1

to taste 1 tsp

Kale leafy part only, roughly chopped, 3 cups

Fresh Pars­ley
