Crushed Tomatoes 1 x 400 ml can

White Wine or Water 1 cup

Sundried Tomatoes cup, chopped Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Hot Sweet Paprika Bay Leaf

Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste

Salt or 1

to taste 1 tsp

Kale leafy part only, roughly chopped, 3 cups

Fresh Parsley

for garnish
