Culinary Star Power on Hol­land Amer­ica

Hol­land Amer­ica Line is am­pli­fy­ing the star power of the culinary of­fer­ings aboard its fleet of 14 ships, in­clud­ing the line's new­est ship Nieuw Sta­ten­dam. Chef Ethan Stow­ell — whose highly ac­claimed res­tau­rants in­clude Tavolàta, How to Cook a Wolf and Sta­ple & Fancy Mer­can­tile — has joined Hol­land Amer­ica's Culinary Coun­cil, an elite team al­ready in­clud­ing Master Chef Rudi So­damin and in­ter­na­tional chefs Jon­nie Boer, David Burke, Elizabeth Falkner and Jac­ques Tor­res. Chef Stow­ell will work col­lab­o­ra­tively with the team to bring the unique flavours of Alaska and the Pa­cific North­west on board Hol­land Amer­ica's ships cruis­ing the re­gion. As well, all Hol­land Amer­ica ships will fea­ture menu items from Stow­ell in­clud­ing a sig­na­ture ap­pe­tizer and main course on each cruise's spe­cial Culinary Coun­cil menu.
