NO MORE SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE ELDER SCROLLS ONLINE

TekSavvy Insider - - Latest News -

In what must be one of the least surprising announcements in the history of gaming, Bethesda’s The Elder Scrolls Online will no longer require a subscription from March, when it gets a re- branding to The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. Players will still need to purchase the game in order to play, but the previous $ 14.99 monthly charge for access to the sprawling game world has been removed in a bid to make the title appeal to a broader demographic. Since its launch, TESO has been a disappointing performer for Bethesda Softworks, with many ( including ourselves) predicting that the removal of subscriptions was only a matter of time.
