Small Business Week schedule
AMHERST – The Amherst and Area Chamber of Commerce is joining forces with other community stakeholders to host a series of events during Small Business Week:
Following is the schedule:
Monday, Oct. 16
12 to 6 p.m. Trade Show in lobby of Amherst Town Hall, co-sponsored by the Town of Amherst and the Amherst and Area Chamber of Commerce. No cost to attend, $20 per table for participating businesses. Also includes the viewing of the Small Business Week launch online. Tuesday, Oct. 17
5:30 to 7 p.m. Workshop – Selling Products Online with Mikhail Mansour and Kim Goode at the Amherst Artisans Gallery in the Amherst Centre mall. No cost to attend, but call 902-667-8186 to register or email email@example.com .
Wednesday, Oct. 18
12 to 1 p.m. Lunchtime Workshop – Cutting Government Red Tape with Nick Langley, regulatory corporate strategist, Office of Regulatory Affairs and Service Effectiveness. Sponsored by Cumberland YMCA and chamber and hosted at the Cumberland YMCA.

Hosted by 30 Church Women’s Clothing and Bella’s Café and Bistro on behalf of the Cumberland Health Care Foundation. Tickets are $30 each including breakfast.
