J&K, Blue­wave reg­is­ter wins over Col­son, Maltby

Amherst Adult Hockey League ac­tion con­tin­ued with J&K Elec­tric edg­ing Col­son Over­head Doors 8-7, Sunday at Amherst Sta­dium.

Ryan Smith scored three goals and one as­sist in the win, and Alex Matthews had two goals and one as­sist.

Chuck Chan­dler added one goal and one as­sist, and Kur­tis Langille and Rob Scott scored one goal each.

Al­lan MacEach­ern had two as­sists, and Craig Har­ri­son one.

Matt Col­son and Bill Jobes scored two goals and two as­sists each for Col­son, Brad Lin­klet­ter added one goal and two as­sists, and Adam MacDonald and Luke McSorely added one goal each.

Ge­off Ryan, Rus­sell Scott and Darcy Snell had one as­sist each.

Remi Thomas was the win­ning goal­tender, and Kristy Brown got the loss.

Blue­wave En­ergy vs. Maltby Sports

Thursday night in Springhill, it was Blue­wave edg­ing Maltby 4-3.

Lu­cas Hur­ley scored two for Blue­wave, and Mal­colm Estabrooks and Ken Ter­ris added one goal and one as­sist each. Matt Beal, Tom Burge, Luke Crocker, and Rob Davis Sr. scored one as­sist each.

Jon Tat­trie scored one goal and one as­sist for Maltby Sports, and Scott Dicks had one goal and one as­sist. Dan Anger and Chris Maltby scored one as­sist each.

Stand­ings

J&K leads the AAHL with 12 points, Blue­wave En­ergy has eight, Maltby Sports seven, and Col­son Over­head Doors five.

Point Lead­ers

Ryan Smith leads the league with 36 points, 23 goals and 13 as­sists.

Jon Tat­trie is sec­ond with 25 points, 11 goals and 14 as­sists, and Mar­shall MacDonald is third with 24 points, 18 goals and 6 as­sists.
