LEFT: Some call it a hard day’s work, but de­liv­er­ing fur­ni­ture to peo­ple in the Gan­der area is what Andre and his son Louis Kelly call an en­joy­able job. Louis spent last Wed­nes­day with his dad on-the-job at Tucker’s Fur­ni­ture and around town in a de­liv­ery truck. Other stu­dents at St. Paul’s In­ter­me­di­ate School in Gan­der also took part in a day at work with their par­ents or guardians.

ABOVE: Some spook­tac­u­lar sights were seen at River­wood Academy on Oct. 31. Stu­dents from the pri­mary and ele­men­tary wing, and the fam­ily room par­tic­i­pants, all held cos­tume par­ties, which seemed to be en­joyed by all.
