Tay­lor Fluid Sys­tems Atom B 3 Wool­wich Wild 1 In ex­hi­bi­tion play, Paige Camp­bell scored af­ter a pass from Ella Tay­lor two min­utes into the sec­ond pe­riod. In the third pe­riod, Stephanie Tsaltas and Tay­lor got the puck to Anne Nickel, whose ini­tial shot was stopped, but Nickel buried the re­bound. Lila Mor­timer set up Tsaltas for the fi­nal Aces goal. Strat­ford goalies Sloan Cameron and Ava Neumeis­ter, de­fence­man Grace Laverty, and for­ward Kate­lynn McMa­hon also played well. The Aces have two ex­hi­bi­tion games this week­end – Fri­day in Lu­can at 7 p.m. and Satur­day at 2 p.m. at the All­man.

Mid­get A Aces play three ex­hi­bi­tion games

The Strat­ford Downie Op­ti­mist Mid­get A Aces went 1-2 in three ex­hi­bi­tion games in Oakville. Strat­ford lost 2-0 to Bramp­ton and 1-0 to Oakville be­fore the of­fence came alive in game three with a 3-0 win over Cam­bridge. Lily Daum scored twice and Ni­cole Cos­grove added a sin­gle marker. Aces goalies Kay­ley Thomp­son and Olivia Hunt were solid in all three games.
